Alexander Wang's debut succeeding Ghesquière at Balenciaga personally were a pill hard to swallow
as a huge fan of Nicolas work, seeing an era end, i faced change with quite a resistance, very snob of me…
now that years have gone by, and i've realized this collection was not the 'worst' of what could happen to Balenciaga [still on the fence with Demna tbt] this shoes were haunting me since i saw them… do you remember Zara making a really decent version with strass in beige and black? i do love some toe cleavage [mom hates it, i guess its not for everyone] and these to me are the sexiest pair of pumps i own… which is a bold statement.
