L'Occitane + Pierre Hermé

as the cold weather approaches and my early morning runs have taken a toll on my hands,
i am not one to have the best skincare regime and i was in need for something to revive my situation
but i am picky, scents are things that can make me or break me… so i thought of giving these a try.
not only Pierre Hermé is the chic-est macaron place, but the complexity of his creations are perfection
believe me when i say a hand cream can be complex and sexy without trying.
gourmand and deep whilst being understated, never overpowering… that perfect french je ne sais quoi.

el clima y mis salidas mañaneras a correr han afectado a mis manos como nunca,
no soy de cremas pero necesitaba algo que me reviviera la piel, estaba a dos de partirse…
pero soy super quisquillosa con los aromas, me pueden matar o hacer super feliz, y estos son perfectos
no solo las creaciones de Pierre Hermé son las mas chic, pero sus sabores son tan complejos
que te hacen odiar cualquier otro intento de macaron que hayas probado en tu vida…
y estos aromas están en esa misma armonía.
creanme cuando les digo que una crema para manos puede ser compleja y sexy sin intentarlo.
dulce y obscuro manteniéndose subestimado, nunca apoderándose de tu perfume…
ese perfecto je ne sais quoi francés.

Miel Mandarine: honey-citrus fragrance, fruity accords and warm deep shades of honey.
at first you get the mandarin and then the immortelle flowers take over to lead the honey and the warmth of the Tonka beans and benzoin that lay in the base.

Miel Mandarine: fragrancia de miel y cítricos, frutal con tonos cálidos y profundos de la miel.
abre con la mandarina y las flores de siempreviva dan paso a la miel y la calidez de las semillas de tonka y benjui [incienso]

Pampelmousse Rhubarbe: opens with the grapefruit and the rhubarb making it super fresh whilst being enriched with lavender and musk in the core, in the base there is woodiness.

Jazmin Immortelle Neroli: Jasmine, cool and elegant, whilst immortelle is dry and intense; the neroli lightens the mix adding a salty taste. The composition opens with lemon and pink pepper, providing joy to the floral notes of jasmine, immortelle and neroli in the heart. the base provides a subtle blend of wood and sensual musk. my favorite. i can't stop smelling my skin!!!

Jasmin Immortelle Neroli: el jazmín es frio y elegante, mientras que la siempreviva es seca e intensa; el neroli da luz agregando un toque salado. la composición abre con limón y pimienta rosa, agregando encanto a las notas florales de jazmín, siempreviva y el neroli en el corazón. la base dona una sutil mezcla de madera y amizcle. es mi favorita. no puedo dejar de oler mi piel!!!
