Seasons change

in the fashion industry fast and new are the synonyms of success… before, it was just 2 collections per year and now… there are at least 6, or new merchandise arriving every week… because, well we like it…
it was a shock to see that in the news stands in Paris, the magazines arrive every week… not like were i grew up, it was one every month… From where i see it, the unattainable, desirable, looses it value when a something is the product of hard work and can be found whenever and wherever… with no effort and dedication… [and thats the same with blogs]

en la industria de la moda rapido y nuevo son sinónimos del éxito…antes, eran solo 2 colecciones al año y ahora… por lo menos 6, o mercancia nueva llegando cada semana… porque, bueno así nos gusta…
fue un shock ver que en los puestos de revistas en Paris, las revistas salen cada semana… como como donde yo crecí, era una al mes… de donde yo lo veo, lo inasequible, deseable, pierde su valor cuando algo es el producto de trabajo duro y puede encontrarse donde sea y como sea… sin esfuerzo ni dedicación… [eso pasa con los blogs…]

para una planta manufacturera es imposible hacer los deseos de tu cliente [este siendo la marca] realidad, mucho menos los caprichos del diseñador soñador… es por eso que algunos productos de pasarela no llegan a producirse para distribución…

tomemos a Prada como ejemplo… es la madre de Miu Miu [aunque es considerada su hermana mayor… pero el corporativo es dueño de varias marcas mas] y comparten las mismas hormas de calzado, los mismos patronajes… solo intercambian entre temporadas. muy inteligente. sustentable.
